Cookie And GDPR Consent

Cookie technologies, consent controls, and script-blocking behavior used for compliant tracking operations.

Last Updated: March 23, 2026

1. Technologies Used

BNS uses cookies, SDK identifiers, CTV device identifiers, and mobile wallet tokens.

2. Purpose

Tracking technologies are used for ad delivery, frequency capping, attribution, and fraud detection.

3. Third-Party Technologies

BNS integrations may include DSP tracking, measurement vendors, and analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for website measurement.

4. Consent Controls

BNS consent flow uses a consent banner and a persisted consent key. Users can choose Accept All, Reject All, or Analytics Only and can adjust preferences via browser controls.

Consent signals are applied through Google Consent Mode before analytics configuration. Advertising storage is denied by default and user choices update consent state immediately.

Consent dimensions include analytics storage, advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalization. Where required by law, defaults remain denied until an explicit user update is received.

5. GDPR Requirements

Where GDPR applies, clear banner notice and explicit consent options are presented before analytics storage is granted. EEA defaults are configured as denied until explicit user choice is recorded.

6. Retention And Preference Updates

BNS stores cookie preference selections in local browser storage to preserve user choice and consent state across visits. Analytics event data retention in reporting systems follows configured GA4 retention settings and contractual/legal requirements.

6. Manage Cookie Preferences

You can review and revise your analytics and advertising consent choices at any time using the controls below.

Select your cookie preference. Your choice applies immediately. Current setting: Not selected yet.
